Kingdom International, Inc. The purpose of all believers in Christ whether it be from the pulpit or the pew, is to to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world (Mark 16:15). Our Purpose at Kingdom International, Inc. (KII) is to spread the good news using the creative vehicle of the arts! In a word, these are just a few that describe Kingdom International Inc., a non-profit collaborative theater & arts organization with the express purpose of improving and empowering communities through the performing arts. KII is committed to producing original contemporary productions, including the development of new dramatic works, training and developing actors, writers and directors while making a difference in the lives of inner-city youth, the culturally under-served and the community at large. Our goal is to create a family oriented surroundings to help people find self-esteem, master new skills, and maximize individual talents in an effort to revive the human spirit and find purpose through implementing innovative projects that provide positive messages and reflective revelations about beliefs, faith, history, morality and culture that will create a legacy for the future. There is a need to serve by exposing high quality arts experiences to under-served communities through artistic expression in a positive enriching environment due to public school system funding cuts and lack of household supplemental income. The project is run by an experienced staff of certified teachers, entertainment professionals and ministers who have agreed to provide their time, influence and talents to the project, which will include arts programs that will encourage people young and old to recognize talents within, and get them to dream for themselves. The exhibition of contemporary theater and collaboration with arts and music will establish a positive, creative and educational forum in building a foundation for success in life.
KII has a mission to
address the enormous cultural challenges of poverty and illiteracy
through programs that stimulate and educate in an environment where
artistic expression evolves into avenues for bringing the soul alive.
The goal is to maintain high training standards, by developing an
organization of artistic merit that proves itself worthy of public,
private and civic support.
